Elizabeth Heitner, Founder & Culinary Director
Elizabeth Heitner is a chef with the soul of a curator. Her passion for hospitality drives her to create culinary experiences that spark connection and conversation around any table in any setting.
Born and raised in New York City, Heitner taught herself to cook at a young age using her mother’s collection of vintage cookbooks. With an art history degree from NYU and a 2024 StarChefs Los Angeles Award, she brings her design eye to craft dishes that taste as good as they look.
